Find A Provider
To find a mental health or substance use disorder treatment provider that serves your county, please use the provider directory below. The information in this directory is provided by Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health’s (SWMBH) contracted providers and local community mental health agencies, and is confirmed at least every two years. Use the filters to narrow your search based on provider name, service type, languages spoken, gender, counties served, and other search terms. Once the search results are listed, click on the Provider’s name to expand a Provider’s entry and see additional information. If the provider did not disclose certain information, it will be listed as “Unknown.”
If you are a provider in SWMBH’s network and would like to update any information listed under your agency in this directory, please email swmbhprovidernetwork@swmbh.org with the updates you wish to see in this directory and a Provider Network Specialist will be happy to assist in making those changes.
