At Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, we want to make sure you get the care and information you need. No matter what you are looking for, our customer service staff are here to help. We are ready to answer questions. We are ready to help you learn about your care options. We can discuss your concerns. Our usual customer service hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you need to reach us outside these hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number. When you leave a message for us, we will plan to return the call on the next business day.
